Manufactoring Time
We need from 7 to 10 working days to manufacture your customized toy (update October 2021). Except from the toys listed in the Ready Made section HERE. We do not have anything else in stock and wae do not plan to have it. We are a craft workshop focusing on quality, we are not interested in wholesale

To find all information about your order, just login into our website, select "My Orders", select the order you want to explore and check the "Status Section" to understand the status of your oder (Manufactoring / Ready to Dispatch, Sent, ecc). Traking number is there as well after the order is Sent.

Shipping to Europe / UK / Canada / Oceania / Africa / South America
As soon as your order is packed, we give it to the Courier service. Packes if usually delivery in 3-7 working days.

Shipping to USA
As soon as your order is ready, we transfer it to our warehouse in Indianapolis. In indianapolis your order with be packed and sent to you. ETA from Czech to our warehouse in Indi is 3-5 working days, from Indi to your location is 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping to Russia
As soon as your order is ready, we transfer it to our warehouse in Saint Petersburg. In SPB your order with be packed and sent to you. ETA from Czech to our warehouse in SPB is 10-12 working days, from SP to your location is 3 to 10 working days
