Every part of toys are manufactured with anallergic and totally inert medical grade platinum cured Silicone, strictly made in Italy. The molding process is done in-house directly from our artisans. Each toy is a unique piece, unrepeatable in its perfect imperfection. The pigments are totally safe and anallergic.

When you configure your toy, you can chose what is called Hardness of the surface and where is available the Hardness of the core. In the case Hardness of the core is available, you can basically configure a “Double Density” toy. A Double Density toy, has a internal core that increase rigidity. The core is molded, directly into a container (surface) that can be created with a different Silicone. In this way for example, is possible to create a extremely rigid artefact that is still very soft when you touch it.

When the Hardness of the core is not available, the so called Firmness, define what Silicone is used for create the artefact in every part.

If this option is available for selection in the profile of the toy, you can decide how much soft will be the surface of your toy. Remember that in the case you select a different Hardness of the Core than “as the surface”, the difference between Pinchable, Very Soft and Soft is really minimal, but still gives different feeling to the touch.

If this option is available for selection in the profile of the toy, you can decide how much rigid will be the core of the toy. If you select As the surface, your toy will not have a “core”, but the toy will be molded with the same Silicone you used for the surface. The other options available are: Flexible, Less Flexible and Semi Rigid. Increasing the Hardness of the core, your toy will be harder to compress (in fact the hardest the core, the more difficult will be to compress your toy). Increasing the Hardness of the core also increase the hardness to the touch. The biggest is the size of your toy, the more you will be able to have a different touch sensation also when you increase the Hardness of the core. On the other side, if on small size you chose Hardness of the surface “very Soft” and Hardness of the core “Semi Rigid”, the feeling on touch will be still very hard. I would suggest you to keep in mind the next points:

• Do not chose a core harder than “Flexible” on small sizes unless you are a beginner and you need to “force” the penetration (The more is rigid the toy, the less it compress, so the better it enters in a small hole)

• Do not chose a core harder than “Flexible” on big sizes unless you are challenging yourself on bigger size than usual and you need to “force” the penetration (The more is rigid the toy, the less it compress, so the better it increase the size of the hole)

• If you are going to choose a toy that “matches” exactly your size, than focus on the Hardness of the surface and chose an Hardness of the core “As the surface” or ”Flexible”.

If this option is available for selection in the profile of the toy, you can decide what Silicone to use for the molding of the artefact. There is not a huge difference between the available options, but they are define definitely not the same things. Pinchable means you can almost pinch the toy as you would pinch the human skin. Very Soft means you can not pinch the toy anymore, but it is still squeezes a lot when you hold it in your hand. Soft means that with the same “force” applied when you hold the toy in your hand, it squeezes moderately. Remember that as more your increase the size of your toy, the more the will be for example easy to pinch.

Our designer likes to suggest you some color or color combination that look cool or that are not possible to customize when you decide to fully configure your toy. These combination are not every time already available on stock, but most likely they are. If you choose select on of these options, there is an high probability that we fulfill your order in just 1-2 working days

You can totally configure the colors of your toy. Some toys are divided in multiple parts (Shaft, Base and Ring) where for each of them you can simply select the colors you prefer. The shipping of a fully customized artefact can take up to 5 working days.

Ready made products can be shipped within 2 working days after the order, they are available only and the color and size written in the profile of the article. Be aware a ready made product is listed only until someone purchase it, so hurry up if you are interest to make a purchase.

This page lists the design realized from other customer. You can choose one of the design and then customize the size of the toy, hardness, etc as you wish. Remember these items are not available on stok, we need to custom made them again and the manufacturing time is 5 working from the date of the order

Remember that Silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, non-toxic and phthalate-free.

For cleaning you can use toy cleaner or soap and warm water. Clean your toy every time, before and after using. Dry completely before storage and do not store the toy with brands of toys. Use a high-quality water-based. Do not use Silicone-based lubes!

At now, most of the custom made toys are manufactured within 10 working days from the date of the order. The delivery can take from 3 to 12 working days depending on the country you are located. Order that contains only “ready made” toys, Lube and Merchandise are shipped within 2 working days after the order

• When your toys is ready, we process the shipping. The tracking number will be released in your control panel, you can just login into our website and check your orders. Our company name and logo is maybe displayed because of international customs regulations . As a company that ships internationally, we are required to provide a description of contents for every shipment, regardless of destination. Some labels will include the phrase “silicone artefact”.

"Return of Ready Made Items, lingerie, merchandize and lube": Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal recognized to you by the legislation applicable to consumers (for more information click here), you must always return a product ordered on www.thewondertoys.com of which you are not completely satisfied, within 14 days from the date you received it. For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept the return of toys that are not in the original sealed packaging, unless it is defective.

"Return of Custom Made Items or Last Creations Clones": the right of withdrawal recognized to you by the legislation applicable to consumers, does not include "goods made to order or clearly personalised" as stated here. Be aware that in the moment you configure your own toy you do not have the right to withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received it unless it is defective. However feel free to contact us FROM THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED FOR THE PURCHASE. Include your order number and a brief written summary of the problem, we will be happy to find a solution even if we do not have the obbligation to do it.

Be aware that If you decide to return a Product, you must not use it and you will have to take care of it while it remains in your possession. The Product must be returned without damage and in the same condition in which it was sold to you. Please inform us if you intend to return a Product!

We will refund you within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the date we received the Product (s) to the specified address (see above). Refunds made by us will be made with the same payment method provided when you placed the order or by wire transfer, it being understood that we may withhold certain amounts for returned Products that are damaged. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the returned Product (s), with the exception of delivery costs (if applicable).
