Pricing
TheWonderToys hold the right to change prices to any product without notice. In the event that a product price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, TheWonderToys have the right to refuse or cancel any purchase made of any product if listed with the incorrect price. If a payment has already been made and the order is cancelled due to the incorrect price then the full amount will be promptly refunded to you, using the method of payment selected.

Data Protection
TheWonderToys only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. TheWonderToys will not under any circumstances pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. If you accept to be signed up to the newsletter on the Site then you give us consent to put your name and address in our Mailchimp account in order to send you the monthly newsletter.

Shipping
All of our items are shipped via a third party carrier – Czech Post. Read our F.A.Q. for more information. TheWonderToys are not responsible for delivery times once the parcel is accepted by the third party carrier. Should you provide the wrong address when placing an order, TheWonderToys are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at the expense of TheWonderToys.

The European Consumer Center Czech Republic, with registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, internet address: http://www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz is a contact point according to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of on 21 May 2013 on online consumer dispute resolution and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on online consumer dispute resolution).
3. The seller is authorized to sell goods on the basis of a trade license. The trade inspection is carried out by the relevant trade office within its jurisdiction. The Czech Trade Inspection, to a defined extent, supervises, among other things, compliance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection."

Licensing
All products that are sold on the Site are created, produced and owned by TheWonderToys.

Warranty
24 months from the date of delivery.

Disclaimer
The buyer accepts all responsibility for what the product is used for. The seller of products, TheWonderToys will not be held responsible for any situations which may occur from any product. The products at TheWonderToys are made out of the most appropriate materials such as body safe silicone. Silicone can take some abuse, but like anything soft it can tear. With care taken, this item can last for a very long time. Although each product goes through rigorous quality control, they are handmade and therefore will have minor imperfections. Colour will vary slightly with each product.
